Programmer Analyst/Developer - Business

Spirit AeroSystems designs and builds aerostructures for both commercial and defense customers. With headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, Spirit operates sites in the U.S., U.K., France and Malaysia. Key Accountabilities:

• Consolidates and analyzes diverse data sets including structured and unstructured data
• Develops algorithms, dashboards, and queries to model datasets
• Keeps abreast of new analytic methodologies and technologies
• Collaborates with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction
• Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data using off-the-shelf software and writing new code to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage
• Uses statistical software to perform statistical analysis
• Collects, analyzes and interprets numerical data from various sources
• Prepares conclusions and predictions based on data summaries
• Devises modeling and measuring techniques; utilizes mathematics, statistical methods, operational mathematics, and machine learning techniques

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment
• Advanced thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient understanding of:
• Application development lifecycles
• SQL
• SAP HANA
• Oracle
• Python
• Tableau
• Jenkins
• Understanding of SAP data structures is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be a resident of or willing to relocate to the Wichita, KS area
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science or other related course of study
• At least 7 years expereince minimum
