Job Title: Vice President, Development
Department: Development Reports to: CEO Location: Remote Travel: 25% Salary Range: $188K to 216K* *New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. Position Overview: The Vice President of Development serves as a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for driving Vibrant's fundraising vision and implementing a comprehensive strategy for Vibrant to galvanize resources in support of growing infrastructure and Vibrant Programs. The position would drive revenue centered around Vibrant's mission and core values.They will be responsible for onboarding and managing a diverse team of development professionals with demonstrated competencies in annual, major, planned, and corporate/foundation giving, as well as advancement services, gift processing, donor/prospect communications, digital/innovative fundraising, donor stewardship and recognition, fundraising events, and data management and analytics. The Vice President of Development will help Vibrant realize its greatest impact and engage and align donors with their values and mission. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of strategic donors/prospects. They will cultivate relationships with existing major gift donors and build and foster new relationships to grow and increase philanthropic revenue for Vibrant. Duties/Responsibilities:
