Parker's Fluid Connectors Group - Sporlan Division is hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The role will have responsibility over a large manufacturing site with over 430 team members. This position will manage two direct reports and will report directly to the Division HR Manager. In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your leadership abilities as a strategic HR business leader, trusted to apply results-driven business insight. You will work closely with functional leaders and maintain high visibility with the division leadership team, demonstrating your capability to lead HR initiatives that support our organizational objectives and foster employee engagement. Essential Functions

- Act as a change agent by driving essential transformations and supporting stakeholders in effectively managing and adapting to transitions.

- Leads and supports the management team in evaluating and developing talent, designing effective succession and development plans, conducting talent reviews, and overseeing the talent management cycle
- Manages the site's complete recruitment process-from job postings and candidate selection to interviews and offer negotiations-collaborating with the talent acquisition team and staffing agencies as necessary to execute the recruitment strategy effectively
- Monitors the effectiveness of the department and ensures timely and responsive resolution of employee relations issues
- Promotes an open-door policy by employing various strategies to actively listen to team members and share transparent, honest information through multiple communication channels such as employee engagement surveys, high-performance teams, pulse surveys, skip-level meetings, and more
- Ensures consistent implementation of practices while maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, including adherence to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, work authorization, and related requirements
- Utilize data to drive decisions and ensure its integrity and accuracy.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop HR team; conduct performance evaluations, manage hiring processes, provide training and coaching, hold regular meetings, and carry out other related managerial responsibilities
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required: the ideal candidate has studied Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management, Organizational Management, or related HR areas of study.
- 6 to 8+ years in the field minimum with significant professional accomplishments, including increasing responsibility and leadership of Human Resources teams
- Experience supporting a Manufacturing environment
- High degree of integrity while working with highly confidential information discreetly and appropriately
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and change management experience.
- Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend solutions aligned with business needs
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent employee relations, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (or international equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management, Organizational Management, or related HR areas of study.
- SPHR Certification
