Position Summary

The US Value team is a centralized unit within IPG Mediabrands focused on identifying, measuring, and reporting all areas of value delivered to our clients. Joining the team as Associate Director, you will report to a Director and manage a team of Analysts and Managers across a select roster of our top accounts. In this role, you will work closely with agency and activation leadership to guide decision-making, enhance operations, and boost performance. You will lead day-to-day management of reporting deliverables and be accountable for deadline adherence. This is a pivotal role within a high-performing and growing team that offers exposure to leadership throughout the organization.

The Associate Director will report directly into the Director and work with the agency investment teams and other craft leads as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Become a subject expert in value program methodologies for assigned clients
  • Oversee the monthly data governance and media value delivery to ensure fulfilment of contract commitments
  • Work with Value leadership on assessing and creating new value levers
  • Establish and optimize processes to ensure adherence to internal and external deadlines
  • Own onboarding of investment and other craft leads on value program methodologies to ensure adherence
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced analysts to enhance and champion their career progression
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required to present the accountability / Value POV
  • Manage auditor/consultant relationships to drive value for our business and clients
  • Support with ad hoc investment and accountability requests



Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years' experience in a media role (client, auditor, agency, or media owner) working across channels
  • Fundamental understanding of all media math and metrics a must
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to effectively investigate and solve problems as needed
  • Exceptional management, organizational and responsiveness skills
  • Experience in project management with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with agency billing systems such as Mbox and Prisma
  • Quick to learn new concepts and tools as required and integrate into to day-to-day processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and succinctly
  • Independent self-starter who can work autonomously and remain composed under pressure

The salary range for this position is posted below.
