*40 hours a week, paid weekly* *Hybrid 3x a week onsite* *Portfolio required* *Minimum of 5 years of Service Design, Product Designer or related field* The Sr. Product Designer is responsible for translating complex consumer and business needs into simple and elegant user experiences for the digital properties that are industry-leading and brand-defining. He/she will lead the Product Design for large and/or complex products/product groups. He/she will drive collaboration, develop solutions and make recommendations based on user research and industry best practices to translate business strategies into world class online experiences that are grounded in consumer truths. In partnership with Product, Strategy and Engineering, he/she will be progressive, efficient and highly engaged; providing creative methods of interpreting customer perspectives. Overview * Role has a strong emphasis on research and service design * The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user needs, mapping journeys, and designing solutions that span products, services, an organizational processes * Conduct qualitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors, using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies * Create and maintain user journey maps, service blueprints, and other frameworks to visualize and optimize the entire service experience * Translate research insights into actionable design requirements and ensure they are reflected in product and service features Skills * Proven experience conducting user research and applying findings to service and product design * Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, including research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting * Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and leading design workshops * Knowledge of agile and iterative development processes is a plus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $65.00/hr.
