Summary:

The Program Administrator for the Patient Safety Department plays a critical role in supporting organizational efforts to enhance patient safety across the hospital. This position is responsible for managing and supporting safety event reporting systems and databases, analyzing data trends, and facilitating projects to improve safety culture and event management. The Program Administrator serves as the site administrator for the hospital's voluntary event reporting platform, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and user access. They collaborate with internal stakeholders and system-wide partners to support policy development, program enhancements, and initiatives. The role also includes coordinating patient safety data analytics, management of our patient safety recognition programs, and coordination of action plan monitoring. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication strategies, and a proactive approach to process improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required. Master's degree in Business, Health Administration or another relevant field is preferred.

Work Experience

Three years of relevant experience required, preferably in health care or project management. Consultant or operations experience strongly desired

Salary Range: Minimum 31.06/hour - Maximum 51.29/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
