T-Ad's advertising sales team is a group of highly-skilled professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring high potential advertisers and agencies and subsequently persuading them to incorporate our new to market ad solutions. Our team of entrepreneurial, hardworking and customer-focused team members are the "human face" of T-Ad's, helping agencies and brands to connect with their customers better and grow their businesses.
T-Mobile Advertising Solutions will be growing its enterprise sales efforts and is looking for a senior seller capable of scaling revenue across solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts across app developers, agencies and brands including building and maintaining a comprehensive pipeline, drive in quarter revenue against defined sales targets, and build broader coordinated partnerships with strategic clients.
- Identify and scale clients within core assigned verticals, with a particular focus on the Gaming, Social and Fintech, providing value and thought leadership to T-Ads partners.
- Build strategic performance marketing partnerships using full T-Ads suite including app life-cycle marketing, programmatic media, CTV, Data, DOOH, and more.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
- 4-7 years' Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements in Direct Data Sales and/or Media Sales with Data
- Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Relationship Development Experience in developing relationships with new customers and serving as a consultant.
- High Performance Teams Independent self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- New Business Development Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements.
- Mobile Advertising Sales Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of how provide solutions that fit an app developer's performance marketing strategies.
- Communication Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.
- Critical Thinking: Capable of consultative selling identifying client needs and surfacing the most impactful solutions, analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth
- Communication: Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships
- Collaboration: Work with client and internal team to improve value and business outcomes
- Advertising: Knowledge of the mobile app advertising industry with specific understanding of Gaming, Social and Fintech brands' needs and solutions.
- Mobile Attribution: A foundational knowledge of how app developers measure success using mobile measurement partners (MMP's) preferred.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $199,300 - $359,500, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $119,580 - $215,700
