Your Job

As a Senior Content Project Specialist, you will serve as a pivotal manager for key marketing projects, including content development, in support of Molex's Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) division. Your role will include managing diverse content types and projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives across various sectors, ensuring seamless integration across digital platforms, and enhancing our online presence to support sales initiatives.

Our Team

You will be part of the Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) division, working closely with the Manager of Content & Brand Strategy within Corporate Marketing. Our team collaborates with various internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver exceptional marketing solutions that drive growth across global markets.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate strategically with marketing teams, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to enhance digital content integration and support sales initiatives.
  • Provide directional and reviewer support for the aerospace/datacom marketing pod.
  • Develop and manage tracking plans for optimized website content performance.
  • Manage agency interactions, offer strategic advisement, and oversee related expenditures.
  • Support PR activities by reviewing and aligning A&D media content with strategic plans.
  • Engage with social media by managing and creating content aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate brand transitions to Molex social channels.
  • Contribute to the creation and design of content for global and regional A&D events to enhance attendee engagement.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget project execution and delivery through collaborative requests management using Wrike.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience writing industry content and managing marketing programs/projects.
  • Experience working collaboratively within large teams using project management and workflow tools.
  • Proven experience in writing and content development for technical, B2B, global companies.
  • Ability to communicate technical topics effectively in a storytelling narrative.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Project management certification.
  • Specific knowledge of Aerospace & Defense, Data Center & Cloud, Communications industries.
  • Experience using Wrike or similar project management tools.
  • Experience with sprint planning within agile marketing pods.

For this role, we anticipate paying $70,000-$90,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
