Marketing Content Intern - Portland, ME

Responsibilities

- Review upcoming customer installations and collaborate with local offices to identify and vet potential filming opportunities.
- Coordinate videographers to capture installation moments and communicate the needs for our marketing initiatives.
- Visit installations to film potential marketing content using a GoPro/cell phone (may take place as early as 8am on weekdays).
- Distribute raw content developed to our marketing partners for testing.
- Assist in maintaining and updating a "content calendar" to ensure a steady flow of marketing content is generated.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing content files using our internal "Image Relay" for our sales departments.
- Submit and track invoices from vendors for approval to be paid.
- Participate in remote meetings with our social media agency to help understand our creative trends/needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content as instructed/needed.
- Strong communication, conversational and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for marketing and content creation.
- Some experience with filming and photography is preferred.
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, photography, videography, or related field is preferred.
- This role includes a mix of computer-based work and on-site filming/photography. Frequent travel to local offices and job sites required.

Pay $20 hourly.
