We want to find an innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented Project Manager for our Global Network Operations Center Security team.This position can be located inBrooklyn, NY, Hicksville, NY, Syracuse, NY, or Waltham, MA(candidates may also reside in either Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Maine). What you'll do

As a Project Manager, you'll be the public face of the team, managing new work ingest and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. You'll be the single point of contact for escalations and status updates. Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Trackkey performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on team performance to stakeholders
  • Identifyareas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop project plans and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Create and manage project schedules and resources
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas of risk or opportunity
  • Manage stakeholders and provide periodic updates
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
  • Ensure that project deliverables are met
  • Implement and monitor quality
  • Maintain project documents, records, and files
  • Develop and coach teams, including providing feedback and guidance
  • Monitor calendar for renewals and expirations, coordinating resources / tickets to keep things current
About you
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • Experienced with or willingness to learn Jira & ServiceNow
  • Knowledge and experience managing projects pertaining to computer security, networking, or telecommunications.

Salary

Dowstate NY 157,000 - $185,000 a year

Massachusetts$147,000 - $173,000 a year

Upstate NY$131,000 - $154,000 a year

Salary is commensurate with experience and location

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
