*Description*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating supplier-wise and branch-wise purchase proposals, creating stock orders, coordinating purchase order acknowledgements, and supporting the Senior Parts and Logistics Manager in various tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential, along with warehouse activities awareness and experience, strong data management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Generate supplier-wise and branch-wise purchase proposals from the CR2 dealer management system as directed by the Parts and Logistics Manager. Create stock orders in the CR2 system and in the supplier portal through data entry. Coordinate with branches to acknowledge purchase orders from suppliers. Support the Parts and Logistics Manager in preparing parts business processes. Assist in preparing parts presentations. Maintain data and prepare parts reports. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). Awareness and experience in warehouse activities. Strong data management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
