The Sr Director, Operations is responsible for leading business unit operations for the Client Experience organization, including tooling and process improvements, financials, and operational management. The scope of this job includes portfolio or program management oversight to deliver on organizational key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) and achieve optimal business results. - Shape and lead financial, operational, and governance programs that align with corporate objectives.
- Create a regimen of continuous process improvement, and manage process curriculum, including strategic plans, to drive operational KPIs and OKRs.
- Drive key operational programs and projects from inception through implementation.
- Ensure new initiatives are fully vetted, launched, and meet the business's needs and deadlines.
- Develop and refine frameworks to ensure effective execution of organizational strategies and objectives across multiple business units or functions.
- Enhance financial systems and processes to support comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 10-12 years of relevant work experience
- At least 5-6 years of relevant management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing and implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Significant experience (5+ years) managing complex technical projects from inception to successful deployment, with a focus on client-facing applications or platforms.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) principles, with practical experience in applying AI tools to improve customer experience, automate support workflows, and extract actionable insights from data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and measurable improvements in client experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
