Job OverviewThe Performance Analytics group is a high-profile team of leaders with vision and problem solvers who apply rigorous analytics to help assess and guide T-Mobile's key postpaid consumer marketing initiatives. We combine our ability to dive into the data with sharp business insight - we have our finger on the pulse of the business and advise senior leadership on key business decisions. We are looking for a driven self-starter with an analytical approach who is passionate about delivering business insights. You will conduct fast-paced analysis on various initiatives and trends in customer acquisition, revenue, and churn that drive the trajectory of the business. You will influence marketing strategies and provide strong decision support to business owners across the org. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
