The Senior Marketing Associate is a member of our Williams Lea team (supporting a private equity/investment client) delivering exceptional customer service to our client locations. The Senior Marketing Associate is a Client Relationship Management system data steward. Regular responsibilities include data entry, updating the client contact database with information throughout the customer lifecycle and revising the customer history through the contact database. In addition, the Senior Marketing Associate is responsible for higher level CRM tasks including assistance with special projects as requested by the client. Location: Columbus, OH Benefits:
Job Description (* denotes an "essential function") *Provide administrative support to client's internal Marketing team. *Web-based research, entry and validation of both internal and external sources. *Data entry via InterAction. Researching/verifying contact data, Accurately identifying and resolving duplicate entries Cleansing and conforming contact data to the firm's standards Handling data change tickets, processing changes Maintaining key additional information such as board memberships and other relationships. Monitor firm sender/response mailboxes for bounce back messages to research and file, contact data issues and forward inquiries to CRM/BD teams for follow-up. *Communicate clearly and professionally with firm contacts and internal personnel. *Update and maintain mailing lists, bios and contact lists. Train and mentor other team members as needed Perform Interaction mass edits Compile specific reports as requested by client Troubleshoot and correct operational issues experienced by the online database. Assist with the creation and/or modification of other marketing projects as requested. Perform other data quality maintenance scheduled cleanups (daily/monthly/semi-annually/annually) *Handle sensitive and/or confidential information. Adhere to Williams Lea policy in addition to client site policy. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Job qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree or technical training preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the role. Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/marketing assistant role preferably in the legal, banking or large corporate setting. Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and language usage, as well as standard business correspondence formatting. Strong computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Experience with CRM or other databases (InterAction or Sitecore preferred). Working technical knowledge of database management or HTML is a plus. Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Proactive with the ability to use strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to type 50 wpm. Ability to develop and foster successful, working relationships with legal and professional staff while providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
