Be the Voice of Support As an Associate Client Resolution Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the resolution process for our clients, primarily service members-by ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough claims settlement. You'll interact with internal teams, vendors, and Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) to resolve issues with care and professionalism while maintaining data accuracy in proprietary systems. What You'll Do Client Communication: Respond to customer calls and written correspondence; provide support and escalate issues when needed. Claims and Invoicing Support: Enter voucher payments and shipment updates accurately; invoice customer shipments using various systems and schedules. Daily Task Management: Update logs, schedules, and claim system tasks to ensure smooth and timely workflow. Administrative Duties: Assist with routine tasks such as typing, faxing, mail handling, and phone messaging. Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service to service members and ensure a professional and helpful resolution process. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (HSED) required At least 1 year of customer service experience (claims experience preferred) Strong typing skills (35 WPM minimum) and attention to detail Solid communication and problem-solving abilities Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (SharePoint and intermediate Excel preferred) Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Why You'll Love Working at The Pasha Group Meaningful Work - Make a real difference for military families and clients navigating important transitions.
