We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

Frame.io - now part of Adobe - is reimagining how creative teams collaborate and deliver work faster, smarter, and with more impact. As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, CRO, you'll play a key role in crafting the journey from trial to paid customer-and beyond! You'll own the strategy for optimizing our conversion funnels across Digital and SMB routes to market, driving experimentation and insights that translate directly into business growth.

In this role, you'll combine analytical skill with creative problem-solving to craft a roadmap of impactful tests, improve web experiences, and drive measurable gains in conversion and retention. You'll work with partners across performance, demand gen, lifecycle, and product marketing-helping Frame.io deliver smarter, more connected customer experiences at every touchpoint.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership role for someone who excels at turning insight into action. We are looking for someone to coordinate optimization across both Frame.io web properties and our footprint on Adobe.com, helping bring more creatives into our ecosystem-and keep them engaged.

We use a diverse stack of tools-Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Looker, and Excel-to track funnel health, surface opportunities, and share findings that drive strategy. You'll also use our CMS to create and optimize landing pages that support key marketing initiatives organization-wide.

What You'll Do
  • Lead CRO Strategy: Design and shepherd the full conversion optimization program for Frame.io's Digital and SMB businesses-from trial activation through retention.
  • Drive Web Experimentation: Build and maintain a testing roadmap with a focus on A/B and multivariate tests across key pages and user journeys.
  • Partner Across the Org: Align closely with growth-focused teams-demand gen, lifecycle, performance, and product marketing-to optimize campaign performance and support go-to-market efforts.
  • Own Website & Landing Experiences: Use our CMS to build, test, and iterate on Frame.io landing pages, and collaborate with Adobe.com PMs to advise on improvements aligned to business goals.
  • Deliver Deep Insights: Monitor funnel performance using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Looker. Compile custom dashboards and dig deep into ad hoc analysis using Excel and, ideally, SQL.
  • Champion Experimentation: Share results broadly and foster a culture of continuous learning, data-informed decisions, and strategic iteration.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 7+ years in growth marketing, CRO, experimentation, or web optimization-ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong expertise in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and digital performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Looker.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable using CMS platforms (e.g. AEM, Webflow) and testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO).
  • A natural cross-functional collaborator who can turn detailed insights into simple, strategic actions.
  • A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, high EQ and a bias for action.
Bonus Points
  • Background in creative software or content collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting video, post-production, or creative workflows.
  • Exposure to personalization or marketing automation platforms.
