Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Center Service Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to oversee and drive our marketing and ecommerce initiatives across the Midwest and Northeast business centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service marketing, ecommerce, dealership service and parts business, with a proven track record of achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and products across the Midwest and Northeast business centers.
  • Manage and optimize dealer ecommerce performance to drive online sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and ecommerce efforts with overall business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and dealers to develop quarterly go-to-market plans.
  • Manage CRM programs and create dealer, business center, and regional campaigns or programs.
  • Constantly seek innovative business development opportunities to improve service retention and Flex Care utilization while driving traffic to dealers through targeted and efficient methodologies.
  • Interpret customer needs into campaigns that satisfy all customer requirements and drive traffic to dealerships.
  • Generate and analyze reporting to identify market gaps, develop future planning, and ensure execution of current marketing campaigns to ensure ROI.
  • Solve problems effectively, looking for alternative solutions when challenged and communicating new methods to others.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in service marketing and/or dealership service and parts operations
  • Working knowledge and experience in communicating with business partners/dealers, developing quarterly go-to-market plans, managing CRM programs, and creating dealer/business center/regional campaigns or programs
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with proven leadership skills with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
  • Able to solve problems effectively and communicate new methods to others
  • Willingness to travel locally (includes a field car)
  • Must live or be willing to relocate to the Midwest or Northeast US
