The Opportunity

As large Corporates, SMBs and Consumer customer segments become more sophisticated in their expectations and behaviors, and as our product offerings adapt and expand rapidly, Software Licensing becomes critical to our joint success with customers, who need to realize value from their digital investments.

The License Management team strives to provide objective and empathetic services, ensuring that the LM programs (across all segments) run smoothly and efficiently, delivering valuable software insights for our customers to act upon.

You'll be joining a developing team, which has been growing over 20% a year since its first year of success/founding in 2021, within one of the world's best-known brands. You will work with great, high-performing people across an international business to help make our business successful, increasingly valuable to our customers and critically to help boost the return on investment and impact of the team.

What you'll do

  • Be responsible for hitting the LM Financial targets.

  • Build, develop and lead an elite team of 10+ Licensing/Services Specialists.

  • Work closely with the Americas LM Technology lead / team on operational and analytical elements.

  • Contribute/feed insight and guidance into our broader LM development cycles/programs.

  • Provide regular periodic exec/leadership updates on the business.

  • Work and align with our global partners to build robust business practices.

  • Build out a sustainable business plan.

  • Constantly measure and refine the business performance and impact.

  • Run a positive, insightful and valuable service for customers.

  • Create a robust and reasonable de-escalation management process.

  • Continue to improve the teams positive CSAT score.

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Licensing and Leadership.

  • Gravitas and experience across different segments/industries/situations.

  • Experience with multiple business routes to market, including partner/reseller organizations.

  • High energy, results orientated approach.

  • Highly skilled / aware communicator - both written and spoken.

  • Pro-active driver - consistent record of being able to make things happen in a cross-functional environment.

  • Virtual/Matrix based organization navigation skills.

  • Creative, critical thinker.

  • Shown success handling time bound and multiple projects/tasks.

  • Ability to uncover and help drive Strategic and executional improvements.

  • Ability to present ideas to various levels to gain support for initiatives.

  • Experience in performance and key performance metric management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $108,300 -- $231,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
