Description Windows engineer, Virtualization, Flexera, Scripting in Powershell or VB, would like someone that is familiar with technology release workflow in banking preferably. Position Summary, hybrid 3 days on site Desktop Platform Engineering resource assigned with design and implementation of next generation desktop platform within the firm. This person must have extensive knowledge and applied on the job experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as packaging technologies, virtualization, and telemetry tools. This position will also require understanding of a dispersed Branch Office technical environment, with an understanding of networking tools and terminology. Experience with windows imaging technologies, specifically Microsoft Configuration Manager, is required. Understanding of release management workflows and toolsets is highly desired. Required Skills .NET C# / Visual Studio / JIRA / Bitbucket and GIT / Powershell/ WMI / Windows Form / Windows Service Maintain and enhance legacy code/current code and determine best way forward with upcoming requirements Analyzing and debating business use case scenarios and determine best design and coding for each scenario.
