Production Helper/Water Spider

Join us as a Prodution Helper/Water Spider in our Dover, NH facility.

You will be delivering supplies and materials to workstations along with maintaining accurate records of material movements. This is a position in our manufacturing facility and not a warehouse position. You must have prior manufacturing experience!

Job description and duties:

• This position requires time management, high endurance level, and a person who is able to multi-task.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to various workstations and monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed withing the lines on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate with production teams to understand material requirements and maintain accurate records of material movements
• This is a very physical position and you must be able to go up and down stairs on a regular basis and you will be putting in 20k+ steps a day
• Removing trash from cell areas, load and operate the trash compactor, and remove excess packaging after replenishment.
• Must have organizational skills, an attention for detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Support and advocate for lean principles, including Kanban and material flow ideologies

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

• 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 10:30pm
• There could be an option for 4 10's also or alternating shifts of 5 8's and 4 10's. This can be discussed during an onsite interview.

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs, and frequent trips going up and down stairs.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.50 to $20.50/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
