Are you a dynamic sales professional passionate about technology and adept at building lasting business relationships? I.R.I.S., a Canon company and leader in Intelligent Document Recognition solutions, is seeking an Account Manager for Indirect Business. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the growth of our business across North and South America, leveraging established partnerships with Canon organizations while proactively identifying new sales channels. Competitive Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Flexible Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite in Melville, NY, 2 days remote Comprehensive Benefits: Exceptional health insurance, generous vacation time, and flexible working hours Your Role: As Account Manager, you'll: Develop and nurture relationships within established Canon sales channels, driving sales of both existing and innovative new products. Actively seek out and build new business relationships within Canon organizations, significantly expanding our market footprint. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders at Canon, ensuring strategic alignment and executive-level support for sustained growth. Create, manage, and execute impactful sales programs, clearly aligned with long-term strategic planning. Stay ahead of industry trends and actively demonstrate I.R.I.S. solutions at industry events, webinars, and via multimedia channels. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual revenue targets. Your Qualifications: We're looking for driven candidates who have: 3-5 years of successful software sales experience. A degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or relevant equivalent experience. Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. Proven experience working effectively with CRM systems and leveraging data-driven sales strategies. A strong, proactive approach to sales with the ability to independently manage projects and priorities. Willingness to travel as necessary within your sales territories.
