**Responsibilities**
What You Can Expect:
+ Works closely and collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Home Therapies to lead the DCI Home Programs.
+ In conjunction with Senior Operations Directors, helps to manage financial outcomes, supply utilization, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within the Home Programs.
+ Fulfills broad-reaching, strategic responsibility for the development and implementation of programs, operational improvements, communications, and other general management responsibilities related to all modalities (Peritoneal Dialysis, Home Hemodialysis) within the Home Programs.
+ Reviews, analyzes, and addresses gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures proactively; identifies issues and implements solutions.
+ Leads and supports Home Therapy quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Department of Education and Quality Management.
+ Presents at AOD and Nurse Manager Meetings and Home Meetings to promote Home Therapies and to improve the performance of Home modalities.
+ Assists in the business education of Corporate Home Therapy Nurses and supports them by working collaboratively to improve and elevate DCI Home Programs.
+ Participates in and contributes to monthly Home Program Operational Review Meetings.
+ Assists clinics in following improvement plans and discusses these with Corporate Home Nurses, CMO of Home, and Chief Nursing Officer to facilitate improvement as needed.
+ Consults on construction plans for space that includes Home Programs.
+ Helps to develop processes and tools for the evaluation, monitoring, and improvement of the performance of Home Programs.
+ Assists Education Department with the development of virtual training sessions for employees in the DCI Education Module.
+ Works with others in Operations, Information Technology, Analytics and others, as needed, to continue to develop and refine the financial dashboard and analytic tools for Home Therapies.
+ Knows, understands and leads collaboratively in areas of financial and clinical concern, positions and priorities related to Home Therapies.
+ Balances priorities of high quality and excellent clinical care with financial considerations and constraints in collaboration with other individuals and departments at DCI.
+ Builds and maintains a team of knowledgeable, skilled employees who work collaboratively with corporate departments and functions in compliance with all regulatory requirements and DCI Mission, Vision and Values.
**Qualifications**
Successful Candidates Bring:
+ Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and/or Nursing degree advantageous
+ Minimum of 3 years progressive management experience required
+ Minimum of 1 year Home Dialysis operations experience required
+ Demonstrated track record of successful fiscal and operating management required
+ Travel may be required up to 50%
