WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Engineer III: $130,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Design, build, and maintain automated self-healing solutions to improve end-user experience and reduce recurring issues. Evaluate support tools, desktop engineering capabilities, and automation opportunities and present recommendations to IT leadership.
Lead initiatives to standardize support processes, optimize tools, and create a data-driven support environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, desktop, app support) to improve device stability and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Deep understanding of Windows and macOS troubleshooting, endpoint configuration, driver/firmware management, and hardware lifecycle processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills to coach peers, support end users, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
Background in developing or supporting proactive monitoring or digital employee experience programs.
Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or JAMF). Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (such as Ansible).
