The Verizon Wireline Customer Service team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for our government and education customers every day. In this role, a vital part of the customer experience is in your hands. The work will be fast-paced, results-oriented, and involve working closely with internal teams and resources. The Customer Service Coordinator performs customer service duties that are usually complex, following standard procedures and guidelines.
Where you'll be working... In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location of Lone Tree, Colorado that includes some work from home and assigned office days in the Lone Tree office, as assigned by your manager. To be eligible for this role, you must live within a 60 minute commuting distance of the Lone Tree, Colorado office. Qualifications: You can defuse the situation, isolate the core issue and address the customer's concerns. You are energized by the challenge of working through difficult situations and finding positive outcomes. You enjoy gathering information and understanding the facts of a case. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $48,500.00 and $79,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
