Purpose of the Job Please note this role will be a 4-6-month fixed term contract* Our client offers a suite of tools that is used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. These seamlessly integrated solutions connect devices, apps, and people, fostering collaboration and transforming ideas into action. We are seeking a dynamic Video Content Marketing Strategist to spearhead the strategic planning and execution of our video-centric content initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will ensure alignment with overarching business objectives through collaborative cross-functional partnerships. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of video content projects, from initial planning and timeline management to coordinating with internal and external teams for on-time, high-quality delivery. You will also optimize our content channels, drive performance through rigorous measurement and analysis, and establish scalable processes to enhance the efficiency and impact of our content programs. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Content Planning & Alignment: Lead quarterly planning for content initiatives (with a strong emphasis on video), collaborating cross-functionally to define needs and align all content efforts with overarching business objectives.
- End-to-End Content Project Management: Own the full lifecycle of content projects, including setting timelines, managing calendars, gathering requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Content Channel & Performance Management: Oversee the organization and optimization of content channels (e.g., YouTube), including metadata and playlists. Drive content performance through comprehensive measurement, analysis, and the development of actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with sales teams and external agencies on content initiatives. Proactively communicate and align with all key stakeholders on content strategy, plans, and performance.
- Process Improvement & Scalability: Establish and refine operating processes and tools to ensure efficient and scalable content program management, including content intake and hand-off procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with the Marketing Team, Sales Enablement, Professional Partnerships, and Third-Party Agencies.
- Assess ambiguous problems, analyze, scope the solution, and show impact; create detailed program plans, success metrics, and align key stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years in partner / retail marketing, preferably with experience in the Technology category.
- 2+ years of experience working within a complex large organization.
- Demonstrated leadership with client-facing relationship building / management with internal
stakeholders and external partners/agencies and proven influencing skills. - Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with extreme attention to detail while also keeping in mind broader strategy/goals.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to roll up your sleeves to determine needs.
- Experience in marketing, program management, and building scalable processes is preferred.
- Senior-level written and visual presentation skills, with effective oral communication capabilities with peers, management, and cross-functional teams preferred.
- Experience creating and managing Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets for all projects preferred.
- Experience working in a highly iterative and collaborative environment
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams, and tactfully navigating a client-facing environment
- Ability to flexibly thrive in ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced, deadline driven, rapidly changing work environment
