Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at White Plains Hospital. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation and production for both retail cafe services and patient dining, while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in quality, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and manage all menus for cafe retail operations and patient food service, in collaboration with Registered Dietitians.
  • Oversee food purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement and manage cost controls, maintaining budget targets and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and compliance regulations.
  • Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with the marketing and corporate culinary teams.
  • Train, inspire, and manage a team of culinary associates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree strongly preferred.
  • 5 plus years of experience in culinary or kitchen management.
  • Proven success in high-volume food production and catering environments.
  • Experience managing food and labor cost controls.
  • Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow professionally with a leading foodservice provider.
