Ready to join a leader in the packaging industry since 1946? Our client in West Memphis, AR is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their family-owned, innovation-driven team that values quality, diversity, and long-term growth.

Pay: $26-$28/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday + Overtime as Needed

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of production equipment. Your work will directly impact machine uptime, plant efficiency, and overall operational success.

Responsibilities:



  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and complete repairs in a timely, professional manner.
  • Ensure work areas and machinery are clean and orderly after maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with general building maintenance and upkeep of the maintenance shop.



Qualifications:



  • Minimum 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience required
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail
