Office Manager ajc Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing company calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling incoming calls and emails. * Organizing various company events. * Coordinating travel arrangements. * Processing mail and packages. * Maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering equipment, managing vendor relationships, * Overseeing facility maintenance and repairs. * Greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel, coordinating customer visits, managing the reception area, and overseeing the tidiness of both buildings. * Provide support to HR with employee onboardings and assist various Executives with the completion of expense reports. * Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and electronic. Requirements: * Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain detailed records. * Excellent communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to interact with staff, clients, and vendors. * Problem-solving skills: Identifying issues, analyzing situations, and finding effective solutions. * Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and project management tools. * Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly review documents and ensure accuracy in all tasks. * Ability to work independently: Being capable of completing tasks and achieving goals without constant supervision or assistance from others, demonstrating self-motivation, organization, and taking responsibility for one's own work. * Time Management: Effectively planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. |
