What you will do:

JCI is a dynamic and innovative company in the industrial sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for a talented Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.

How you will do it:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand market trends.

  • Work with content team to develop compelling campaign content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia, in collaboration with the creative team.

  • Utilize various marketing channels, such as email, social media, digital advertising, and events, to reach target audiences.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback to improve effectiveness.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign strategies.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
