*Shift*: Mon-Fri from 8 AM-5 PM
*Location*: Columbia, Maryland *Description* * Provides excellent customer service to field offices and co-workers. * Assists all field offices with payroll requests and questions received through the inbox and hotline. * Ensures that all requests are being responded to promptly. * Confirms standard payroll forms are completed correctly. * Monitors all requests and concerns within the ticketing system. * Completes all above duties with a high degree of accuracy. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Ability to analyze personnel and payroll information and take appropriate action * Ability to function as a team member * Excellent organizational/time management skills, attention to detail, and follow-through on any outstanding issues * Adheres to all client and worksite rules, policies, and procedures. * May perform other duties as required, assigned or deemed necessary by the facility/client/supervisor. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience * A High School Diploma or GED is required * Excellent listening, written, and oral communications skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments * Ability to work with other employees, customers, and management. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
