Senior Program Manager for Federal Cyber Security Program Job Locations

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for the successful technical/schedule/cost performance of a major program, delivering technical analysis products and capabilities to our federal customer in Huntsville AL. The PM will act as the primary point of contact between the Customer and Peraton. They will maintain aggressive efforts to achieve objectives and will act as a programmatic and technical liaison with partners and vendors. They will be responsible for all phases of the program budget, develop and execute Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services. They will be responsible for preparing staffing plans, including skill and labor mix. They will be responsible for executing the staffing plan by bringing the best available Peraton and Partner employees to support a contract with over 70 FTEs. They will identify subordinate program/project managers. They may directly support the interviewing and hiring of staff. They will monitor contract, subcontract cost performance and funding. They will develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and financial reports. Assists in proposal process and coordinates with Pricing Department when required. Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading cyber or IT project with supervisory or lead experience

Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
