Position Title: Traveling Associate Practice Development Manager (TAPDM)
Location: Houston/Dallas, TX | Travel: Up to 70%

Position Overview:
We're looking for a driven, dynamic professional to join our team as a Traveling Associate Practice Development Manager (TAPDM). This high-impact role is designed for individuals who are passionate about healthcare innovation and skilled in strategic business development. The TAPDM plays a critical role in supporting our customers-existing accounts under a price-per-use model-to increase NeuroStar Treatment Session (NSTS) volume and grow revenue.

This role is travel-intensive (up to 70%) and partners closely with regional Practice Development Managers to identify growth opportunities, deliver exceptional service, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals. We're seeking someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, brings a consultative mindset, and thrives on delivering results while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

What You'll Do:

    Drive Growth: Grow NSTS utilization across assigned accounts and achieve or exceed your sales targets.

  • Customer Success: Lead business reviews, implement growth strategies, and enhance practice performance using our proprietary 5 Stars success program.

  • Be the Expert: Complete all required training and certifications, including clinical training, to effectively support NeuroStar system operations and the TrakStar platform.

  • Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with Area Sales Managers, Clinical Training Managers, and Regional Practice Managers to align on goals and strategy.

  • Coach and Consult: Act as a trusted advisor to practices-providing insights, guidance, and recommendations that enhance clinical delivery and business performance.

  • Execute Strategy: Leverage data and marketing tools to build brand awareness and drive patient engagement both in-practice and online.

  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, budget guidelines, and industry regulations while maintaining top-tier customer support.

  • Report and Reflect: Stay organized and detail-oriented with timely reporting, expense tracking, and performance documentation.

What You Bring:
  • Exceptional Communication: Clear, persuasive, and confident-able to present, train, and collaborate effectively.

  • Strong Business Acumen: Understand how to grow practices and implement new technologies in a healthcare setting.

  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), spreadsheets, presentations, and digital collaboration tools.

  • Self-Starter Mentality: Highly organized and proactive, with a passion for building lasting relationships and driving results.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience in a sales-driven role with a focus on account growth and quota achievement.

  • Proven success in building and supporting new service lines or therapeutic offerings.

  • Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance protocols.

  • Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in Pharma or Biotech, especially within a "Buy and Bill" model.

  • Experience with call points in specialties like neurology, dermatology, oncology, gastroenterology, or rheumatology.

  • Hospital or in-office sales experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Comfortable traveling by air, rail, and auto up to 70% of the time.
