We're looking for a Director, Data Engineering to join Procore's Construction Intelligence department. In this role, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers and ML Engineers to support our industry leading AI Infra roadmap by building the data architecture that informs decisions and drives insight for our internal and external customers. As the Director, Data Engineering you'll lead a group of Data Engineers to build and support a data platform which provides all capabilities related to ingesting, transforming and processing large volumes of data that powers the Procore reporting, analytics, predictive insight and new GenAI product features. The perfect candidate will have strong data infrastructure and data architecture skills, a proven track record of leading and scaling large data teams, strong operational skills to drive efficiency and speed, strong project management leadership, and a strong vision for how Data Engineering can proactively improve companies. Experience In AI and the ML lifecycle is a plus. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range $233,360 - $320,870. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
