Cognizant Moment Experience Partner for Banking & Financial Services Senior Manager - Remote role Job summary Experience Partner Banking and Capital Markets The Experience Partner leads Sales Solutioning Storytelling and Account Servicing for Cognizant Moment. Their purpose is to understand client needs activate Cognizant Moment and related capabilities to solution against client needs create a compelling story to convince clients to buy our services and ultimately to grow and nurture the client relationship for additional sales and partnership. Responsibilities What the work is: The Experience Partner has four areas of responsibility Generate demand for Cognizant Moment offers you will work to understand trends and align capabilities to take advantage of these trends for banking and capital markets clients. Your work will include crafting a sales plan leading a pipeline of opportunities and working with consumer goods clients to build a problem statement that serves as a guidepost for solutioning. Build compelling solutions you will assemble and lead pursuit teams with appropriate skills to help your clients solve for their problem statement. You will be accountable for the story the structure of the deal and pricing. Be a trusted advisor to your clients you will actively seek to establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders who focus on growth within Banking and Capital Markets typically sales marketing product and business division leaders. You will be accountable for client satisfaction and you will proactively generate thought leadership that supports your clients desire to look ahead and anticipate the market. Collaborate Across Cognizant you will be the point person to assemble skills within Cognizant Moment and across the organization to respond to client needs. You will work closely with internal account teams to plan and run existing clients. You will work with Consulting and other Service Lines to ensure the best people are working toward an ideal solution. What you bring: Strategic problem-solving ability to understand business challenges and requirements from the customers perspective as well as industry trends and translating them into experience solutions that generate growth Market Industry process Deep understanding of how Banking and Capital Markets function. Knowledge of related industries. Travel as required to be onsite with clients on a regular basis Executive Presence Effective executive communication skills to clearly articulate solution vision and demonstrate solutions in a simple but compelling way. You will also need to be able to create your own compelling presentations. Outstanding interpersonal abilities skilled in handling and nurturing relationships with customers market teams and other practice experts. Commercial knowledge Ability to analyze sales opportunities and qualify leads and opportunities. Need expertise in crafting pitches proposals GTM and sales plans. The annual salary for this position is between $97,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
