Overview

The core objectives of this position will be to provide reports, analytics, and optimization products in a clear, accurate, and timely manner to the team and client. The position will be based in Portland, Oregon.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Operations manager to identify opportunities for improving workflows and processes within the department
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining new templates and tools to streamline and automate operations and enhance efficiency
  • Running QC reports and data requests for the Operations team
  • Developing, automating and running weekly incentive payment reports and payment email notifications to payees
  • Providing training and support to Operations team members on the use of newly developed tools, processes and technologies
  • Collaborating with Operations team members to perform incentive processing and QC projects and payments
  • Integrating multiple data sources using analytics tools, database software, and APIs to produce new tools and data resources for the program.
  • Research and implement new methods to automate and streamline data-intensive processes to improve program efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge related to program eligibility and offerings
  • Develop process documentation for program updates and offering changes

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years creating using tools to create reports, dashboards, and data exploration.
  • Professional communication skills
  • Creative thinking and out of the box solution mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (i.e. outlook, word, excel, power point, teams, SharePoint).
  • Advanced Skills in Excel.
  • Strong teamwork skills that include highly effective communication in-person, over email, over chat and over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team and customers.
  • Attention-to-detail to ensure project submittals meet the clients' criteria for eligibility and completeness.
  • Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously with low to no margin of error.
  • Excellent time management skills including the ability to monitor and manage project progress and prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Ability to uncovering insights and trends to support our program initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Understanding and/or experience of energy efficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Self-driven and a team player with established critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience promoting process documentation, optimization, and automation.
  • Any advanced certification relevant to position (such as MS Excel, MS Dynamics, Google Data Analytics Professional, IBM Data Analyst Professional, MS Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, SAS Statistics Business Analyst Professional Certificate, CompTIA Data Analytics Plus Certification, Meta Data Analyst Professional Certificate).

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
