Job Summary Salary Range: $20.00 to $23.50 Per Hour Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, abilities and working shift. Responsible for planning & organizing purchasing activity. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to interacting with suppliers, creating purchase orders, expediting & rescheduling deliveries, returning material to vendors and handling invoicing & accounts payable issues. Responsibilities Daily review and open purchase orders and rescheduling as needed. Invoice reconciliation Material Shortage reporting Preparing quote requests for new and existing materials. Submitting Material Master requests Submitting Vendor Master requests Return Material Authorizations Assumes additional responsibilities and projects as required Requirements High School diploma and equivalent work related experience required. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office required. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to deal with confidential information. Good organization and teamwork skills, including strong customer focus.
