**8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 4days per week About the Department/Role: This role will serve as a Charge Nurse role for Mission Control and Transfer Center (when needed). The role will require problem resolution, escalation of barriers leading to increased length of stay and increased ED boarding times, daily monitoring of bed board for CHE sites to support Bed Planning, Mission Control Coordinators, and Transfer Center team to place patients in the appropriate place timely. This role will create or support site leadership to create the staffing schedule as needed with Manager overview and approval. Scope of Work:
The ChargeLead Nurserole is to provide direct oversight and supervision of all on line unit processes. This is inclusive of but not limited to staffing and scheduling changes affecting current shift, patient care issues and concerns. Appropriate allocation of resources responding to all codes, and handling employee issues and concerns. In addition to ensuring consistent flow of patients through the department. Functions within the framework of policies and procedures of the hospital and demonstrates growth/development.
