If you're passionate about shaping the future of connectivity, we invite you to be part of our team.

What You'll Do:

As a Signal Integrity (SI) Engineer, you will be a part of an engineering team that designs Advanced Security Hardware Appliances. We are looking for candidates who strive in a fast-paced start-up like environment. You will be part of a dedicated team; open communications, empowerment, innovation, teamwork and customer success are the foundations of the team. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn & solve problems that are of the most challenging kind. We are looking for a motivated SI Engineer to contribute to the development of our next generation products.

  • Working directly with the Hardware design team to evaluate design tradeoffs and optimize design performance / risk / cost / manufacturability
  • Drive next generation SerDes IP characterization
  • Design and analysis of multi-gigabit serial links and their compliance to standards
  • Electromagnetic modeling of complex 3-dimensional structures
  • Perform pre- and post-route signal integrity analysis of PCB designs
  • Work closely with the PCB CAD team, generating and verifying PCB layout rules and supporting placement feasibility studies
  • Performing DDR4/DDR5 static timing and signal integrity analysis
  • Modeling and analyzing power delivery networks
  • Performing physical measurements to collect data for design validation and simulation correlations
  • Driving methodology improvements and automation - growing performance and efficiency
  • Development simulation tools with EDA vendor(s) whenever needed for analysis
  • Generating the routing requirements and electrical margins for specific interfaces, including its validation
  • Lead, track and drive SI tasks between HW team, SI engineers and other external teams
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related technical field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience in hardware engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with large integrated circuits such as CPUs and FPGAs, with a focus on high-speed interfaces. Experience working with a broad range of PCB materials and understanding cost/performance trade-offs.
  • 5+ years experience working with system-level power integrity and budgeting, including DC, AC, and transient analysis.
