*Job Description* Our client is seeking a highly experienced professional with experience in administrative duties (non-clinical) within a *call center or medical front office setting*. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with inbound calls from patients, providing exceptional service and support.
*Key Qualifications:* * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in administrative roles within call centers or medical front offices. * Proven ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain a high level of efficiency while assisting patients via telephone. * Comprehensive understanding of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and their operations within medical groups or health systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
