Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $21 - $32/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Saturday | Flexible Shifts

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery, motors, VFDs, soft starts, and conveyor systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using testing instruments and hands-on expertise.
• Fabricate and repair parts using welders, grinders, drills, and other tools.
• Support production teams by quickly identifying and solving equipment problems.
• Maintain tool and parts inventory and log maintenance activities accurately.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR a degree/Journeyman License in Industrial Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Proficiency with maintenance software and computer-based reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first attitude.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with repetitive lifting of 35 lbs.
• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, gripping, bending, and reaching.
