We are seeking an exceptional, customer-focused Principal Community Program Manager who has:

  • Experience building products, programs or processes from the ground up

  • A strong operational background and experience leading proactively across multiple teams.

  • Experience driving product prioritization, road mapping and execution of processes

  • An understanding of product development process and ability to work collaboratively across teams, particularly product, marketing and engineering

  • A love for Adobe's creative community and connecting with customers

  • Ability to get things done in matrixed environment with multiple partners at all levels

  • Willingness to engage and interact with customers regularly in online and in-person forms to build trust and transparency

What You'll Do

The role will be accountable for:

  • Creating and managing process for actioning community feedback with product and engineering teams across creative categories

  • Engaging with cross-functional partners to ensure accountability and deliverables are met

  • Creating process and managing logistics for regularly getting Product Management teams to pick up community features and report progress back to community

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across Product Marketing and Product Management teams to help facilitate action.

  • Be an integral part of the team's success by harvesting inputs from across the community team and translating them to actionable roadmap items that can be ingested and actioned by core creative product teams.

  • Create a process to drive community product roadmap across multiple teams including follow up and holding teams accountable for deliverables.

  • Build credibility in relationships with PM and Engineering teams in order to ensure community roadmap items get delivered and build process to ensure delivered items get shared back with community.

The impact of the work will be an efficient closed loop process where Adobe delivers on community wish list items and improves overall community engagement and sentiment. This role will impact on how Adobe builds the next generation of products and services by ensuring community input is driven through the product development process and ultimately brought to market to benefit our users.

What you'll need to succeed

  • BA/BS preferred OR 8+ years in product or program management OR equivalent practical experience.

  • Exceptional organization, people and execution skills and start-up mentality for getting things done inside a larger organization

  • Knowledge of product development cycles, working with engineering teams, scrum/Jira a plus

  • Strong EQ and ability to build relationships with key partners across the organization

  • Focus and persistence - ability to problem-solve and operate in a multi-stakeholder environment

  • Early-stage product development or intrapreneurship within a larger company

  • A strong organizer and doer who doesn't mind rolling up sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,600 -- $250,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
