Supervisor Distribution Compensation - Remote

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary: $66,500 - $86,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead and develop a team that handles commission payments, bonuses, deferred comp, service fees, and more.
• Ensure compensation processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with contracts, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate across departments-including Product, Sales, Legal, and Actuarial-to support producer compensation strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operations, team assignments, and performance expectations.
• Serve as a resource for field leadership, brokers, and internal partners to resolve compensation-related issues.
• Monitor and report on metrics around productivity, quality, and timeliness.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Strong understanding of compensation programs, financial principles, and insurance operations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching, developing, and managing teams.
• High attention to detail with the ability to solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

• Experience with commission-based compensation structures
• Knowledge of Model Audit Rule (MAR) controls and business continuity planning
