Description General Position Overview The Production Runner plays a vital role in maintaining a smooth flow of materials throughout the production facility. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering materials to assembly stations, removing trash and cardboard from production areas, and ensuring a steady transfer of finished goods from assembly lines to shipping shelves-all while accurately processing transactions through the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Attention to detail is essential, as you will handle a variety of parts and orders throughout the day. This role may require a Hilo license or a willingness to be trained and become proficient in operating a Hilo or multiple lift systems. Additionally, you will use advanced scanning technology to transfer products between locations within the ERP system. While the primary focus is on material flow and maintaining the cleanliness of the production floor, you may also assist with inventory counts and other assigned tasks to support team success. Essential Job Functions

- Effectively troubleshoots minor inventory location issues or engages the appropriate support teams for resolution.
- Holds a Hilo license or a willingness to be trained and become proficient in operating a Hilo or multiple lift systems
- Properly scrap/red-tag non-conforming parts as needed to support production lines.
- Able to report on daily scrap/red-tagged non-conforming part KPI's.
- Orders parts from the warehouse using the appropriate enterprise resource planning (ERP) to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.
- Sustains or increases production rates, consistently meeting or exceeding expected output levels.
- Maintains a high degree of accuracy in delivering the correct parts to the correct locations.
- Maintains a high degree of accuracy in scanning and the delivery of finished goods and parts to the correct locations.
- Performs inspections independently, achieving and maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Willing to cross train in all areas of the material runner position.
- Adjusts seamlessly to fluctuating material volumes and shifting shelf locations as business and customer needs evolve.
- Maintains a positive, professional working relationship with team members.
- Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Moderate material handling skills preferred.
- Possesses basic math skills, including the ability to compare current inventory levels with ERP system records.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately.
- Ability to independently follow verbal and written instructions efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude to operate department equipment effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and apply computer skills as needed.
- Willingness to be trained and become proficient in operating a Hilo or multiple lift systems.
- Ability to learn more complex scanner systems.
- Consistently meets quality and efficiency standards, maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and productivity.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, performing job duties consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business needs.
- Required to work shift hours (four 10-hour days, 3:00pm-1:00am) with occasional overtime on Fridays
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, rotate, and/or reach throughout an entire shift.
- Must be able to accurately handle and assemble small parts.
