Job Description

* Works independently to services existing accounts, obtains orders, establishes new accounts, plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.

* Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the customers' needs.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing industry networks, and participating in professional societies.

* Provides historical records by maintaining records on CRM and customer sales.

* Generate quotes using the proper language and terms of the plastic industry.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge in Mold making, and injection molding.

Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in either injection molds, Mold making or the plastic industry

* Past sales experience

* Meeting sales goals

* Closing skills

* Customer management

* Prospecting skills

* Negotiation
