Sales Engineer, FaMe jdd Purpose and key accountabilities of the position * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide FaMe shuttering solutions that meet their requirements * Attract and acquire new customers for our company for FaMe shuttering solutions * Promote and sell FaMe Solutions to customers through effective communication, technical presentations, and product demonstrations * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FaMe solutions to customers * Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales and profitability * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition * Develop and grow FaMe sales, provide new leads to all company solutions within own region * Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements to products and services Position requirements * Bachelor's degree in engineering or sales or related field * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, withing a relevant industry * Solida technical knowledge * Solution sales experience * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and as a part of a team * Willingness to travel as needed * Fluent in English skills, fluency in multiple languages is a plus * Knowledge of the precast industry is a major advantage, basics of concrete technology * Experience in working in a multicultural environment #Talroo |
