THE JOB:
As a Pool Receptionist at Excalibur, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role supports daily operations through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, all while upholding exceptional guest service.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $14.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.

• Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.

• Respond to guest and staff inquiries via email.

• Schedule meetings and conference calls for office staff.

• Maintain office equipment and coordinate necessary repairs.

• Collaborate with various departmental teams as needed.

• Keep the reception area clean and guest-ready.

• Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or guest concerns to management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a pool receptionist/receptionist, sales or customer service is a bonus.
