Genesis10 is currently seeking a Communications Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Princeton, NJ. This is a 3+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on and contribute to moderately complex communication initiatives and participate in large-scale planning across Communications deliverables Review and analyze communication challenges, providing strategic input and evaluating variable factors to guide effective decision-making Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including proposal responses and RFPs, ensuring timely documentation, reporting, and resolution of issues Facilitate kickoff calls and collaborate with stakeholders to gather key information for proposal positioning and strategy Independently edit and enhance executive summaries and proposals to align with client needs, desired outcomes, and strategic priorities Apply a consultative approach to recommend tailored solutions, integrating storytelling and customer insight throughout communication materials Customize proposal responses to reflect win themes, ensuring consistency and clarity across all content while incorporating compelling visuals and graphics Collaborate effectively with Communications team members and other business partners to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Experience in proposal development, RFP response, and persuasive business writing Excellent communication skills with attention to detail, storytelling, and branding consistency Proficiency in creating and editing communication materials using visuals and graphics to enhance engagement Pay Range: $40-50 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
