Overview
Job Purpose The primary focus of this position is to support the ICE Data Indices (IDI) product team in New York, mostly working with fixed income indices, including working with and understanding bond analytics. The candidate will be part of a team working in the design, verification, and release of new index builds. The candidate must be comfortable with working individually and in collaboration with the team. The position involves the design of new index and methodology prototypes and working with the quant and development teams for their implementation. Once the index is approved and coded for production, the position also requires the verification and checking that the correct rules have been applied to the new indices and the calculations are accurate. The position requires working with large amounts of data and analyzing and interpreting it, both at the index and underlying security level. Knowledge of Excel tools is a fundamental part of the job, as is knowledge of Python and SQL. Many tasks will be carried out using the ICE Index Platform, which will be learned on the job. Knowledge of equity and fixed income index calculation methodologies will be needed and will be acquired if not currently possessed. Responsibilities

New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $78,750 - $153,750 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
