Job Description The AFINC II contract supporting the 26th Network Operations Squadron (26NOS) is seeking qualified Project Analyst (Project Coordinator) to support the 26th Network Operation Squadron (26th NOS), Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. The Project Coordinator conducts AFINC program analysis and requirements tracking for enterprise-wide initiatives. Analyzes requirements and formulates strategies in concert with team members. Performs program management as required to implement and track requirements from initial assignment through IOC. The Project Coordinator is responsible for project synchronization and requirement development support for the 26th NOS mission. Working as part of an integrated government support team that is focused on rolling out new technologies across the organization and Air Force. Candidates that do not meet all qualifications, are still considered based on their relevant experience in similar environments. * Manage tasks with an integrated team (military, civilian, & contractor staff) * Manage projects from start to finish by collaborating across various customers, functions, and locations. * Assist a team of engineers, customers, and other contractors to coordinate resources and activities across various projects. * Manage competing concurrent projects ranging from small, medium, and large or significant segment of large complex projects. * Facilitate Projects' Implementation Plans(I-plans), schedules, and QUAD charts. * Monitor problems and follows up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems. * Build and utilize tools for managing Projects such as PowerBi, MS Projects, and Microsoft Teams. * Provide status updates to all levels of leadership, ensuring project oversight and visibility is maintained. * Ensure the use of best practices based on lessons learned from previous projects. * Recommend and provide plans for system and service modernization, upgrades, and replacement activities. * Manage processes that ensure problems and action items discussed are tracked through resolution and provide timely status reporting. * Process and track requirements and system engineering solutions with applicable database management tools. * Work with 26th NOS stakeholders and customers to identify and document requirements. * Make recommendations to the government for best way to fulfill customer requirements based on established mission/use cases. * Perform various administrative tasks to include but not limited to organizing team meetings, taking the minutes, resource scheduling, preparing, and updating project documentation. * Creating and managing project documents such as project plans, schedule or scope statements, PowerPoint slides, and spreadsheets as directed. * Prepare and monitor project status reports; monitoring project schedule/resources. * Ensure Govt customer needs are met as the project evolves. * Following up with task owners and supporting project team members * Complete and submit Contract Deliverables Reports * Complete special projects as assigned. *Skills* Microsoft office, Project coordinating, Analysis, Project coordination, Project management, ITSM *Top Skills Details* Microsoft office,Project coordinating,Analysis *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Additional Skills & Qualifications M - Montgomery, AL A - Air Force P - AFINC II I - SMS Data Products Contract expires 12/8/2024, . It's highly visible and been around for decade CERTIFICATION * Technical degree, Associates or, bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems, Science/Engineering/Math or 2-4 years' relevant experience in Information Technology preferably within system or application administration is acceptable. * Requires a DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification: * CompTIA Security+ CE (Continuing Education) * CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) CE (Continuing Education) * (ISC) Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) * GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) * GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) * (ISC) Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) * Requires a Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) Defense Cyberspace Workforce Certification (DCWF) requirement(s): * CompTIA - Project + *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
