Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. Experience in Investment Banking & Brokerage and Cards & Payments domains is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity ensuring seamless integration across systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on MuleSoft Integration best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of MuleSoft Application Network within the organization.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for MuleSoft solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of MuleSoft platform upgrades and enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on MuleSoft technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network.
  • Have a strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
  • Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing complex MuleSoft solutions.
  • Exhibit knowledge of Investment Banking & Brokerage and Cards & Payments domains is a plus.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving MuleSoft-related issues.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.
  • Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Stay current with the latest MuleSoft technologies and industry trends.
  • Be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Possess strong documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Certifications Required

MuleSoft Certified Developer MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 5/15/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
